JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and implement pedagogical approaches in user-centered work.
• Be responsible for the development of pedagogical work in close collaboration with method developers and colleagues.
• From a user perspective, work with values and quality that promote user participation, self-determination, and integrity.
• Guide colleagues in writing and updating action plans and social documentation.
• Work to implement various types of alternative augmentative communication in the operations.
• Actively collaborate and create good relationships with external actors.
• Actively participate in quality work within the organization.

In your role, you provide support and service to users. You work to create relationships, understand needs and wishes, and motivate, guide, and assist in various everyday situations. Care work is included.

The position involves irregular working hours and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a support pedagogy education.
• You have good self-awareness and can reflect on your strengths and weaknesses. You have a respectful approach and good empathetic ability. You see the value of good collaboration with colleagues and other actors.
• Great emphasis is placed on your engagement and personal qualities. You are calm, stable, and attentive, and you need to be reflective and analytical in your thinking.
• It is important that you can take your own initiative and focus on opportunities and solutions. You should have a strong will and drive to promote people's development based on their conditions. You have a pedagogical perspective and are clear in your communication. You should have a good ability to build relationships with colleagues and the individuals you work with.
• Knowledge/experience/training in working with autism, psychiatry, or neuropsychiatry, low-arousal approaches, and alternative augmentative communication is meritorious.
• Presentation of a criminal record extract.
